Shipping Policy

Most orders arrive within 10–19 business days from the date of purchase.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 8–12 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, product launches, or for custom or large orders.

 

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer flat rate shipping of $6.00 on most standard orders within the United States.

  • Processing Time: 8–12 business days
  • Shipping Time (after fulfillment): 2–7 business days

Custom & Large Orders:

Custom orders, bulk purchases, or oversized shipments may incur additional shipping charges. These will be calculated and communicated prior to shipment or at checkout.

 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates are calculated and quoted based on the destination region, package size, and weight at checkout or prior to shipment.

Duties, Taxes & Tariffs:

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, tariffs, and other fees imposed by the destination country. All such fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Game Knight Apparel LLP does not collect or control these charges and is not responsible for any delays, additional costs, or delivery issues resulting from customs processing.

 

Shipping Delays

While we aim to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs processing, or high order volume. Game Knight Apparel LLP is not responsible for delays once the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

 

Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the order.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Game Knight Apparel LLP is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will assist where possible.

 

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at gameknightapparel@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review and work toward a resolution.
